Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Because our items are handmade, processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or special promotions. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be communicated before production begins.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
