Do you offer tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available through the shipping carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do our best to assist.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Are your crochet hats stretchy?
Most crochet hats have some natural stretch, but fit can vary by pattern and yarn type.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we currently do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
All items are carefully handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your order ships. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
YARND is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your information before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
